To be fair, going into the game not one word was reported that the QB was injured. As a matter of fact, he was still in the game when the game got out of hand. It wasn't until it was out of hand that he got hit on his apparently sore ankle or toe. So his injury had nothing to do with the game. It wasn't until after the game that all of a sudden he apparently had the flu, a hurt foot, and all the other excuses that popped up after the game was never mentioned going into the game. There were a lot of analysts picking them to win going into the game. If he was so hurt and injured, they sure kept it quiet until they needed to use it to say that's why they got their a$$ curbed stomped.
Your players knew he was injured.
quote:
“He did look kind of iffy getting out of the pocket and stuff and we knew that,” Alabama linebacker Caleb Woodson. “So, we knew we had a better chance to contain him.”
I remember him coming out of the game at least once against Mizzou the week prior. I believe he did return but seemed a little gimpy.
Bothwell was also injured and only had one carry, IIRC, and he's a big part of their offense.

Unfortunately, when a coach signs off (especially once you get on the college level) for a player to play, he's saying he's healthy enough to help them win. They have to pass certain practice and pre game physical protocol to be able to play. So he apparently passed those protocols to be able to play.

Sure, but it's also ignorant for the committee chair to say State was at full strength. Makes it appear as though he doesn't follow the sport.

Very tough matchup for Bama. Talented QB and strong run game up until UTe. Then Bama can’t run and all the pressure goes on 12 in a hostile environment. It continued at home vs aTm.
I felt better about the team after a loss to UGA than I did a win vs Aggie.
Bama gets the center and DL back and maybe RCW in some capacity, but if they can’t run and take pressure off 12 in Tiger Stadium, it’s going to be a long afternoon.
Bama is good at creating turnovers and Leavitt likes to throw them, so maybe that will help.
I agree with every word.

bama's only win against a ranked team was against the #16 moo state.

Did you watch the practice clip from yesterday? He's running around without a knee brace. He looks good to go.
Been traveling for work and was catching up at the airport. This is great news!!
After a bumpy start, he was really coming into his own. Better than freshman form.

No one gaf what you losers recognize. Bama beat the brakes off everyone in 2020. Went in dry on LSU. ;)

low effort post, do better.
Edit: with 22k posts and this is what you're dishing out, it might be over for you.

And top 10 Kentucky that beat LSU.

Wrong... UK was unranked. But I see how bama fans flip things in their favor.

Correct, it absolutely helps LSU. But it's still bogus and I think a lot of Bama fans can even admit that.
The funny part is those that are desperately trying to explain it away because they feel guilty.
Meh, I don't feel guilty about shite.
I presume it's simply because of the round robin of SEC games (Team A beat Team B who beat Team C who beat Team A), only Kentucky stands out because they've only lost one game - Alabama.
So, they want to keep Kentucky high but have to acknowledge that Alabama beat them and played a tougher schedule, but they also know if Alabama shits the bed they'll just drop out anyway. If Kentucky loses then they can freely drop Alabama as well as we're no longer their only loss.

Ok, name the teams you think should be ahead of Alabama so we can compare
Texas and Kentucky.
Texas has better wins with a win over a team that beat Bama
Kentucky lost to Bama, but has only one loss.
In the end, it doesn't matter. Anyone who wants in, just needs to win.

Texas has 2 pretty bad losses too though.
Kentucky I am fine with being ahead based on resume. Unfortunately I will be surprised if we can say that much longer, and that's also the reason they aren't ranked higher in the CFP.
