Maybe one day LSU will get to play in a Game 3 of the finals at TD Ameritrade

I can't wait to see what kind of a crowd LSU brings to a football NC game that's not in New Orleans.
We already travel well. But it'd be awesome to see how much more we outnumber the opponents fans in that fateful city.
And congrats to the Dawgs. Good to see that y'all represented the SEC well to our friends in Omaha. Unlike other conference teams when they go.
The Omaha people are good people that love them some Louisianians. They will learn more about Mississippi people in the coming years. And they will invite you back with open arms after the display y'all just gave them.

How many years in a row does State have to go to Omaha before they learn about MS people? You would think being in the last 3 CWS they would have learned a little something.

Uh, they know plenty already. It’s not like we’ve never been to Omaha before. In fact, 4 times in last 8 years alone. They always love us there.

We went pretty much every year for over a decade. we have fans that will stay in their houses for the entire tournament because they have made friendships over those years and the guest room is offered.
The bartenders and servers in places will know our fans by name and what they drink.
That's the kind of learning I'm talking about. The more MSU returns to Omaha, the bigger the base they will bring each year, and the more the town will get to know that fanbase.
They flooded the city for the final series, but eventually they will arrive for the entire tournament with a big fanbase, and they will still have a big fanbase that stays if they are eliminated.
LSU fans also do that.

Congrats, MSU!
They rocked OMAHA. May the best team / fan base win.

Are some of y'all really that insecure?

The LSU insecurity is strong in this thread

State did very well this year and had great fan support. Most of us on this site were also cheering them on as they pursued the title. Why now try to detract from their experience.

Subtle brag on being in the CWS despite being the worst team there.

Insecure like the 100 threads per day by bama fans saying their 2020 COVID season was the best ever?
