"Never in the history of the CWS have so many thousands flooded into Omaha to support one team’s championship run. The Mississippi State faithful multiplied this week during the finals, driving ticket prices high as the OmaDawgs drove an attendance record for the event (361,711) and a Game 3 of the finals (24,052)."
It looks like most of them didn't arrive until the Finals started. Should that still count? LSU fills the place from Day 1.

It was kind of expected with how loyal their fan base is and they haven't had very many opportunities to watch their teams play for a National Championship

Thats what happens when you never won shite before. Possibility of your first championship in anything will drum up some excitment.

They consistently outpace LSU in attendance. LSU fans get so offended when another fan base is applauded. State’s fan base is more loyal. They may not be more passionate, but they are more loyal. Imagine being that loyal and having never won a championship until this year.

Are some of y'all really that insecure? It was a great environment and their fans took over like I've not seen before. Their team also did us all a big solid by beating Vandy and silencing the whistler.
Everyone knows LSU also has great fans who take over Omaha when they go, but State had never won a title before and this is their moment. And boy did their team and fans do it right.

Another example of someone regurgitating the same bs which we discussed the other day on another thread. All the pretty MSU women seen throughout the CWS as the camera’s panned and this guy regurgitates a lazy narrative. Turrible, just turrible.
