Anybody else think Gus Johnson is an amazing announcer? I wish CBS would go after him to replace Verne for the SEC games. This Stanford-UCLA game (and all I've watched on Fox this year) are that much more exciting with Gus at the mic.

I used to love him until his mma stint on CBS and Showtime. Absolutely AWFUL.

I like him but I bet it would get old after a season of CBS.

Love him for football and march madness. Hate him for MMA and too many hoops games.

I love Gus. He is the one thing I truly miss about the Big 12.

I kind of want the Cotton Bowl just so he calls it.

CBS fired him for Uncle Verne. What a fricking crime.

He is one of the very few things I miss about the Big XII. Hopefully they will go get him.

meh. don't see the big hard on for him. He annoys me with all the yelling over the smallest play.

I used to like him more. He needs to tone it down a bit though. Sometimes it doesn't come across as sincere.
