Not necessarily at this point, but it wouldn’t be a plea deal technically but just an agreement not to bring charges conditioned on cooperation/testimony.
Hell it could be informal.

Would they do this because otherwise it would be hard to get a conviction of the guy on video grabbing a gun and lighting up a jeep 8 times?

Last time I checked it's perfectly legal to bring someone's firearm back to them upon request.
You fuqtards with this. Bring it back to them? Like borrowing a shirt or something? That’s like saying it’s perfectly legal to fire a gun and ignore the circumstances and location.
I don’t know that you Bammers need to even argue or what you’re arguing about. He’ll likely walk regardless of his involvement with the murder of that girl. Now if that was your sister/wife then you’d see this in a slightly different light and not because you married your sister.

There is a lot we don’t know:
1. All of the other texts and calls made before and after the murder
2. Exactly where Miller was coming from when he delivered the gun
3. Why Miles needed a ride from Miller so badly when Bradley and his girlfriend were both there
4. Where did each person go immediately after the shooting and who drove whom where
5. Did they talk to each other about how they were going to handle it and try to avoid getting caught?
6. Who hid the gun in Quinnerly’s room?
7. Did Miller or Bradley call police to report the shooting? Why or why not?
LOL why is he playing if we don't know, seems they may want to find that out. If they do know, why hide it and not clear his name completely. Bama is covering and it's sickening.

I’m gonna say that since it’s Brandon Miller and not some random Joe Schmo who would be represented by a public defender, it’s likely the reason they didn’t charge Miller is because of how hard it was going to be to prove their case since it’s likely he would have a competent defense attorney and so much reasonable doubt would've been raised to the jury as a result that it would've been a waste of taxpayer money. That’s my bet.

Let’s change it to a hand grenade. If I know the hand grenade is in my car and the owner of the hand grenade says “Bring me my hand grenade, I’m having a disagreement with a guy” after said owner has been at the bars at 1:30 on a weekend morning, and I knowingly deliver the hand grenade to him and he kills someone with it, I’m absolutely an accessory to murder.

not necessarily, his attorney could request that info be withheld in the deal especially if he was never charged.

How does someone as stupid as you even manage to get dressed in the morning without help?

This week has shown how truly stupid the average rantard is.
So many armchair prosecutors here.
"Why don't we know every single detail already?"
Perhaps because it's an active homicide investigation.
I mean, I knew most posters on here were dumb, but I think me calling them retarded might have been too generous.

You're assuming that he (a) knew the gun was in the car, and (b) knew that the guy intended to use it for a criminal act. You can't prove either, based on the facts that have been released to the press.

Let's not. I'm pretty sure the Second Amendment doesn't cover possession of a hand grenade.

Imagine as you pull up he texts you “dude I need my firearm, there’s a man here acting wild and threatening.”
A sane person walks, runs, whatever to get away from a person "acting wild and threatening". A dumbass says "bring me my gun so that I can confront this wild person in the street. I'll wait here with the wild guy till you arrive with a firearm."
Some of y'all are really reaching, in your attempt to justify what happened and the roles the different people had in it. You have to be one stupid SOB to get text from someone asking to bring you his gun, AT 2AM, so that some weird notion of street cred is upheld.

Is second amendment smack talk the final defense of Bama fans?
