My bad. It’s an. 11-48. The 1100 didn’t come out until 1964.

Nice gesture, but it will never happen. 2/3 of the house and senate must approve as well as 3/4 of the states legislature. Country is far too polarized to get this done.

E-1 is your rank in boot camp. E-2 is your rank at boot camp graduation. ( Some BC graduates are given E-3 depending on performance). Otherwise you can make E-3 in about 6-9 months. You won’t be a plane captain at E-1 to E-3. It’s possible at E-4.
