Brentwood is fantastic, especially for younger singles/families. I lived there for years. I moved to years ago, but Brentwood is great.

Coppell, TX is great IF you like constant jets taking off and landing noise day and night.

I’m not sure Cinco is a top 5 burb in Houston alone.

Yeah, if Town and Country was on the list then I would agree.

They've obviously never been to Brentwood, Franklin or Leipers Fork, TN.

I am old enough to remember when Thompson’s Station and Spring Hill were hamlets. If you had told me 40 years ago that Spring Hill would be larger than Columbia in 2024…I would tell you to lay off the sauce!

When my family moved to Brentwood TN, Brentwood had one stop light and Maryland Farms was a farm and Franklin was redneck as hell. It was a great place to grow up.

Love Brentwood, live 1 mile from the boarder, but it’s not better than about 7 places I can name.

No, 20% is just below average and the other 20% is the nightmare. Unfortunately that 20% make up for all that publicity.

I’ve lived here for 34 years and have never stepped foot in north St. Louis( that’s the bad area), so much cool and nice stuff here there’s no reason to find yourself there

Some of the northern Atlanta burbs are nice, especially Peachtree Corners, John's Creek, Suwanee and up to Lake Lanier. Appalachian foothills, nice properties. But...the traffic is bad enough that it isolates you from other areas unless you want to add travel hours to your time frame, you must stay within a reasonable distance. That shite just sucks.

I live in Johns Creek area now. We like it, but I find it hard to believe it’s the best suburb in America.

We’ll probably move to Florida in a couple years

Yea people like my folks settled in the Franklin/Brentwood area 20-40 years ago when very decent homes to raise a family in began popping up and were still decently affordable. Back when bwood/wilco was still considered “the country”. Now all of these people’s homes are all pretty much valued around the million dollar-ish range on paper. Any plot of land/property anywhere in that county is a true wealth building asset now for any family here who has been plucking away at their mortgage payments here for the past few decades or so.

I’m only 30, but during my entire childhood living in Bwood Nolensville was considered “the sticks”. Now even that “hick town” is no different than Brentwood really as far as affluence and commercial development goes.

Hell, even Rutherford County now is looking more and more imo like another version of what Franklin/Cool Springs ultimately became. Growing up when Smyrna was an annual rival on my HS’s football schedule we would always mock Smyrna folks as being “the rednecks”. Now I drive thru Smryna and see a legit bellowing upper middle class community. It’s unrecognizable now as someone who remembers what Smyrna was like just 15-20 years ago.

The explosion of all things Greater Nashville since basically we became an NFL city in the 90s has been wild to observe over the years.

Well there was that time I visited a whorehouse in Atlanta to see your mom. 1/5 do not recommend.

But yes, being from a military family I've lived all over the South, the Midwest, and a good chunk of the East coast.

Then you should know that suburbs of big cities extend beyond 30 miles.
