Go figure, Championship from 1939 is irrelevant to modern era of football but UTrans having a winning streak in the 1950’s is perfectly reasonable to claim as an indicator of future success, not the 50/50 split over the last 5 decades of games

How do you really think this is going to work out when you play 4 or 5 games a season against teams better than the best team you play all season??
Easy...they will just tap into the same effort that DESTROYED last season's SEC champ on their home field.
Just get over yourselves.

The SEC grind must be the reason that Alabama only has a 90% in conference winning percentage for the last 15 years.

The first 102 years
Texas 65-32-5
66%
Since Big 12 play began in 1996
Texas 11-5
69%
Overall
Texas 76-37-5
67%
Twist away.. but you are cherry picking because A&M had one good decade ever against Texas. Coincidentally, y’all got put on probation 2x during that same period.
If the 50s & 60s aren’t relevant, then the 70s and 80s aren’t either..

Who claims it's indicative of future success? We bring it up because it upsets you very, very much. And you start spouting off about muh military and scholarship limits like a dancing monkey.
You had a good run against us from 1985-1994. Jackie was cheating of course, and you were banned from TV and bowl game in 1994 because of it. Since 1995 you've won 5 games against us. That's at your historical clip outside Jackie's anomaly years.

And yet in that time, also watched LSU, Florida, the barn, and Georgia win National Championships. Some multiple times. Do you watch college football?

Outside of those 15 years the SEC is just an average conference.
Your 15 years of dominance is now over thanks to NIL and Portal.

And now you're a part of it moron. Before you go, tell us about the conference and NCs you just left for greener pastures.

Texas only has a losing record against South Carolina and Vanderbilt, strangely enough.
What's so strange about it?
We own their bitch asses. They've never beatin' us on the gridiron .... not in 100+ years.

Aggie has played Texas over 100 times and has 37 fricking wins?

Neyland
Bryant
Saban
Clearly, certain coaches can dominate any conference. Take away DKR and 75% of the Natty's in austin vanish.

I would never travel the Deep South and run the risk of getting backdoor rammed by some hillbilly slackjaw.
Clearly you are an SEC hillbilly homer.
Make up whatever BS crap you want but the records tell the truth.
Kansas finished 2023 at 9-4 ranked 23rd.
Miss St finished 5-7 and unranked banging their sisters while Kansas was playing in a bowl game slaying the ladies.

I double teamed your mom and granny and they said you were a pansy. austin is the home of queer steers.

I was raised in the "Iron Men" days of long ago. If they had gotten a big donor like Vanderbilt or Duke they would be a big Division I power today. That being said, they are respected academically and seem to be adding TX students in this generation. You must not have a Utx degree and are just a wanna be sidewalk fan.

You have no idea what you are talking about.
I do know the LONG TERM history of football schools in the South and the nutless queer steers are still the New Kids on the Block. I stand by what I said based on a century of knowledge and first hand experience.
Now get in your gooney goo goo go go mobile and get back to your moms basement.

The previous 15 years ('93-2008) the SEC won the title 6 times. Thats more than any other conference, so above average.

Alabama also had the greatest College Football Coach in history. But in the time frame of Saban being at Alabama, LSU won 2 National Championships and played for another, Florida won a Championship, Georgia won Back to Back championships, and Auburn won one. Remind me how many Big 12 schools won National Titles since 2006? Week in and week out, the SEC is a handful. Get ready.

Bwahahahaha....Cheese Grits has been sodomized by 100s of men.

By that logic Harvard is a national football powerhouse with their 12 Natties in football.
You must be the dumbest hillbilly on these forums.

Texas is in the south. Southwest, but still the south. You're one of them.
