You get absolutely abused on this site. You get so emotional you stop making sense or contradict your fans, your players, and even yourself sometimes. It’s hilarious for the rest of us but might be time to log off and go touch some grass.
But before you do that, tell us more about how “diluted” we are.

Seems you’re a little emotional. Also… are you sure your name is correct? You’d think an architect could stack a few measly sticks on top of eachother

The only emotion I have here is joy at watching you trip over your own labia trying to respond to posts amid the entire site downvoting the frick out of you.
“Diluted”.

Anybody that didn't know A&M is Texas's real rival is a fool. Yea, The OU game was bigger in the title race but it never "meant" more. Your instate is your biggest game and I don't care what anybody says. Talked to a UGA buddy just the other day and I asked him who UGA's biggest rival was and he said, dude, it's Tech. It will always be Tech. I said, yea, but they haven't won much. He said well, just lose one to them and you find out real quick.
It's just like Bama and LSU. For the last 15 or so years it meant more in the polls but it was never Bama's biggest game. LSU had no rival and Saban was here so it was huge for them but it was just like that one way.
ZERO games will ever be bigger to the participating schools than A&M-Texas, Bama-Auburn, UGA-GT, FSU-UF, UCLA-USC, Arizona-ASU, UK-Louisville, Ole miss-State, etc. People can deny it all day but that in state school just means more. Frick the records or the circumstances.

This is pretty funny considering your annual matchup with Arkansas at Jerry World only exists because aggy wanted a neutral site rivalry game to compete with the RRS. THAT game is mid. Because Jerry World is a soulless cavern.

Most Longhorns have more family & friends that attended A&M than OU, so that game historically has had more personal ties to it. A&M is a solid university with a great business school and an excellent engineering school. There are bright people at A&M. OU is an academic joke and a refuge for the bottom tier intellects from Texas who don't want to go to Lubbock for 4 years.

I think I can speak for the gooners in saying the game in Dallas is bigger than Bedlam vs Okie State as well...so much so that just like aggy when they ran to the SEC, there are no plans for them to ever play again unless the cowpokes somehow find themselves part of the SEC. (Not likely)

aTm so desperately wants to be considered Texas' biggest rival

I’m excited that Texas and Texas A&M are playing each other again. It seems that the break in the rivalry game has just made things more bitter between the two. I like when rivals have pure hatred for each other.

True.
And things were slightly different when his dad was growing up as the A&M game had conference implications but the OU game did not.

It is kind of funny that a Bammer would make that particular claim... since they think the Iron Bowl is the be all end all.
The Red River game is way more than a game. It is an event... a happening...
And while doesn't have the family dynamic of an in state rivarly... there are plenty of interactions between grads of the two schools in the major market cities.
Finally, part of the rivarly the DOESN'T exist in an in state rivarly is the hate between the two states and schools. Texans like yourself look down your nose at us...talk about how shitty our state and school are.
Meanwhile they have an OU grad's name tacked on to the wall of your stadium. And you have a born and raised Okie (who's dad is an OU grad) running your school right now.

Man, what a dumb#ss. Most Ags hate this game. It was ginned up by Jerry Jones to give the Hawgs a DFW recruiting boost.

Yeah, you hate it because it's a boring game held in a sterile NFL stadium, and anyone could've predicted that. But back when it was announced your fellow fans on Texags were excited about it. They were certain a matchup between two SEC teams would be more popular than two Big12 teams in the RRS. It wasn't, and it's all because of the venue.
If you guys were smart you'd work out a deal with the fair and move the game to the Cotton Bowl. The backdrop of the State Fair is a major component of what makes the RRS special and I'd bet they'd be more than happy to have another big event on the docket.

Maybe, but the game would take a step up in stature if they moved it to the fair. And the State Fair group would jump at it. The only other annual game they have is Grambling vs Prairie View.
