There's always a bigger fish out there with that dude. He left Tennessee in the middle of the night to go to USC(real). Crashed and burned there, due to chronic all sizzle, no steak. Flopped in the NFL. Needed the Nick Saban School for Wayward Coaches just to attempt to become respectable again. FIU takes a flyer on him, and he drops them to go to OM, only to try and audition for a more high profile gig.

This was always a red flag for me. I thought this guy is bipolar or wound so tight that when he explodes he will kill someone.

I saw it differently. Just looks like a guy that wants to play fake tough to try and motivate the team or something stupid. That was quite the irrational response to a guy doing his job.
