Yes we know, you are the only team that has injuries. There is film on your QB now and he has trouble with the deep ball. As such teams simply take away the short stuff and make him beat you downfield, which he can't. That has more to do with your coaching staff's inability to adjust than any injuries. He is also mentally soft...hence the slide 5 yards deep.
I wonder how many backs we'd have to have injured to have a negative rushing total. But we know...something something Metchie and Williams. This has all been very entertaining to watch

Do you really think so? This November UGA played
Florida - Neutral (4-8),
@MSU (5-7)
Texas (9-3)
Charlotte
GT - Neutral (9-3)
Bama played
LSU (7-5)
OU (10-2)
Eastern Illinois
@Auburn (5-7)
UGA didn't have a bye in November so played an extra game, had 2 home games rather than 3 and in terms of the teams with winning records played two 9-3 teams rather than a 10-2 and 7-5.
And UGA won all of their November games too, which Bama didn't.
Yes, actual power rankings (F+) for the teams mentioned.
#31 LSU
#13 Oklahoma
#25 Auburn
Georgia:
#53 Florida
#51 Miss St
#20 Texas
#40 GT

As not all injuries are equal in terms of what a player means to the team. And players not being 100% is also a factor as Alabama played an extremely tough November schedule while Georgia did not.
That big fricking L still counts....-3 stands out the most

Congrats on your win, it was well deserved.
Outside that win, you lose to Alabama consistently which is why it was such a big deal to Georgia fans.

The new thing is to claim injury when getting your arse stomped by GA.
The real reason is, GA just stomps arse

Your only 2 wins against Alabama came in rematches after Alabama had many injuries.
During this time, your best records against Alabama are .500, which most seasons being .000

You know, if you were winning the games without getting rematches and Alabama having many injuries in the 2nd game, nobody could say this.
But since every year you've won came after losing to Alabama, it's kind of hard to ignore the circumstances that changed from 1 game to the next.

Colt McCoy
Not really on topic, but pretty sure Les Miles has a recurring nightmare where Ryan Perilloux beats him to death with a baseball bat while Colt McCoy points and laughs.

Anyone that watched Bama the last few weeks knew what to expect from that game. It's not an injury problem, it's a Grubb problem. Look at Seattles offense now compared to last year. Alabama beat Georgia the first time by being amazing on third down, which isn't sustainable.

One of my all-time favorite moments in college football was the quick cut to Colt McCoy and the look on his face right after Crabtree made two horn DB's look like Laurel and Hardy to score the winning TD.

It’s a rough sport…shite happens.
Is it just me or does NFL seem to have more big time players getting hurt more often over the last 5 years or so ?

there are still horn fans who play the "what if" game with Colt. Most of us accept that injuries happen. it's part of the game. We lost. Move on. There is NO guarantee that we win that game if Colt doesn't hurt. We weren't exactly moving the ball with ease, which was the reason he called that play in the first place.

Logical, and also 180 degrees out of phase with how other fanbases view these things
