Wrong. It wasn’t the same. Last year our run defense was great and the pass defense was not so great. This year it’s flipped. Given Texas doesn’t really having a team that loves to run averaging low numbers there I would say the advantage has flipped. Our third down defense is the best in the nation. So is our fourth down defense. This is due to the improved edge rush. Stopping a run up the middle isn’t all that helpful against Texas because your backs don’t run that way most of the time.

Maybe we'll just allow Arch to run. Like he did last year. Remember when he ran 15 year into the enzone for Texas' first Td?
