Sounds like the more likely scenario if he went after his daughter and hurt her.

He’s the only male in the house right? 3 daughters and a wife. At this point we can prolly assume it was against a female.

Not to make light if it was serious, but if it wasn't on a life threatening level and was something relatively minor that could have been kept in-house and wasn't, oh boy.

Weird, I’d never gotten the impression that he was a redfaced hothead.

Choking someone is never “relatively minor”.

God, I certainly hope so. What an absolute scumbag POS.

He should be more worried about who he's sharing a cell with in Huntsville rather than the next locker room he thinks he'll be leading on to the court.

Longhorn fans are the type that will keep him around on the team.

If it's a family member or child, I think that makes this an automatic felony offense.

If there's an ounce of truth to the charge, then there's nothing minor about it.

Lol you serious?

Use common sense. Longhorn fans just figured this out an hour ago like everybody else. Everybody wants last Saturday's game to be the last he's ever coached in Austin.

It stops being in house the second 911 gets called.

Trying to “keep it in house” then only increases the number of people that will eventually get fired.

Even without a 911 call, sweeping a DV situation under the rug is courting disaster.

yes. the rumor (from the same source that dropped the stripper monkey biting the kid) is that the victim is a kid. gender was not reported.

There are degrees of seriousness. You can choke someone very briefly in a fit of anger and let go or it can become life threatening.

Did it warrant a 911 call, I dunno. Not everything does.
