Michigan has the best cornerback in the country and 2 solid safeties in Paige and Johnson, even with their injury and Sabb leaving for Alabama.

They lost 7 defenders to the NFL, and they don't recruit well enough to just reload. There is no way that defense lives up to the hype.

ETA-
And they're not going to get any help from that offense. That D will be on the field all game, and even if they keep it close early, Texas will open it up in the second half.

From what I saw of Texas this past weekend, I would not be too concerned. Texas looked every bit as good as the pre season hype. Go Horns and whip those Wolverines!

Texas 31-14, with a “it was never really that close” feel to the game

Not gonna lie, all this shite talking between OSU and Texas almost makes them being added to the conference worth the entertainment lol

Texas by 10+.

If UM plays like they did last Saturday, it could get really ugly. Fresno played them pretty well most of the game.

Backdrop:

Michigan...#1 All-time in college football wins with 1,005. Defending National Champs. Riding nation's current longest win streak in FBS @ 15 games. Lost coach to NFL Top Scoring Defense in 2023 but lost 13 players to the NFL.

Texas: Tied #4 in All-time wins with 948. Finished Top Four in 2023. Taking 42 travel players from squad that went into Alabama last year for one of season's marque road wins. Sent 11 players to NFL last year. Two starting RBs injured and going against a team that gave up 9 yards rushing last week to Fresno State.

Texas currently favored by 7 points on the road.

Who ya got straight up and against that spread?

Texas by double digits. Good game though.

do know that Michigan was only up by 6 on Fresno State with about 6 minutes to go.

I hate Missagain more than any other team in the country but they played a lot of games last year like that and still found a way to win. That being said, this is a different Missagain and I don’t think they have enough on offense to win

Literally no one cares about this .

Well aren't we lucky that we have you here to tell all of us what we care about and do not care about. Apparently College Game Day cares as they will be at the game. Just because you get butt hurt that your school is not one of the historically winningest teams does not mean that nobody cares. Take your hate elsewhere.

I’m afraid of this one. Texas might be overconfident while Michigan is embarrassed by how they played last week. I hate to say it, but I would take the points and think Michigan wins outright, going away. Mich 34. Tex 16.

That's the easiest way to tell that dude's team isn't anywhere near the most wins list.

Mich. probably played vanilla last week, I go with Mich. 23-21. Texas usually has a bad defense via air raid like teams, but that is not Mich. strength, however Mich. defense is still going to be strong, turnovers and penalties will decide the game, thus I take the home team, homefield is worth 4 points.

Hi and thanks. It is good to be here. Hopefully, we will destroy Michigan. I loved your new QB, he was awesome. Good luck in the SEC.

Bro, you just want TX to lose. You gave no real reason to pick Michigan at all.

Texas was #2 when the Longhorn Network rolled out.

I'm just sayin. We upset the football gods with that damn TV station.

Yeah, everything went to crap when the Longhorn Network came. The real punishment was Charlie Strong as the head coach. What a fricking joke. Should have just stuck it out with Mack another year until better options were available.

Mack was against LHN. DeLoss and Mack kinda went sideways there at the end. It was never going to fix itself.
