I believe it. Very few remember how Texas screwed LSU in the Cotton bowl 50 odd years ago.
The year was 1969...
They got their asses handed to them previously by LSU in the Cotton bowl, that was then controlled by the Southwestern Conference. They begged Notre Dame to go against their "no bowl" stance and play Texas. LSU was 9-1 with the one loss to an Archie Manning-led Ole Miss. By the time the negotiations with Notre Dame were done, which LSU knew nothing about and was fully expecting a chance to knock off NC texas, the Sugar and Orange bowl were already filled. Later, LSU received a bid to the Liberty bowl that they rightfully declined.
Instead, Coach Mac made a trophy to remember the incident and gave one to each of his coaches.

You know it is hot in Texas, I don't know what was going on and it is upsetting.
What I don't want is a vendetta against Texas fans and players like I have been reading on some threads.
FANS of Texas did not do this. Do not take it out on fans. Write your university, chancellor, dean of programs. Not fans.

I was at that game. The bathrooms in the stadium weren’t cooled and it was sweltering. The First Aid station in the stadium was overrun with fans who were battling heat exhaustion.
As far as how Texas will be treated when they visit LSU next year, posters here have no control over locker room conditions at our stadium just as your fans had no control over conditions there. Texas fans will be treated as well as they treat LSU fans when they are on our campus. I promise that I will be much more gracious to your fans than they were to us at halftime in your stadium.

Based on all the things swirling around Herman, it’s really starting to look more and more like we are lucky he didn’t end up in BR. Seems to have a lot of smoke following him. Starting to believe he might actually be trash.

Says the team that took a knee 13 times and then had their coach lie about it. Zero mention by the media before or after the game as they were in and out of the locker room.
Zero history of any coach ON RECORD (not name Special Ed) of this being an issue before.
And finally, the man who actually finished high school confirmed CObese is a liar.
Who knew big bad LSU had to take a knee repeatedly because they couldn’t stop the Texas offense from scoring ONCE in the second half.
O is the only one on record claiming no A/C.
The country knows all about the excuses the SEC makes when they lose (Georgia) but who knew they do the same after a win.

Well I wasn't there so if by what you say I have to believe it.
Sorry it happened and I have never ever seen Texas fans mistreat anyone since maybe Arkansas.... those f tards deserved every bit but it wasn't violent, just curse words.
It was probably just damn hot in that stadium, east side is exposed to that afternoon sun, fans have been complaining about restroom and concession numbers on the upper decks.
I don't know, I don't have any big connections I can just apologize and will inform any Texas fans to stay the hell away from the LSU game next year.
