I don't care about La Tech...underneath baylol and that's giving too much credit to baylol even then.

I might be drinking the kool-aid but 8-4 was a possibility in my mind. Having 12 straight games doesn't make that a reality.

This season just may suck more than it would have originally.

I'll bet there's no way Texas would have let them just postpone the game.

Let's just reserve judgement on Tech's AD, City of SHV, WAC Commis, or whoever else until tomorrow. It's forecast to be a freaking monsoon...100% chance. Would I still be there for the game...yes...but I wouldn't enjoy myself. Nor would any of the 14 loyal Aggs who would actually show up. Obviously a very unpopular decision, but the most logical one, especially for logistics. So Aggies... Let's just take a collective deep breath & chill the hell out. Good luck w / Gatorz....

I already set up plans on the 13th months ago when it was still an open date.

I've already put out some feelers with friends who may want to buy my tix.

Well.... We look forward to having the Aggie faithful come over. Obviously the SHV Fairgrounds leave a lot to be desired but hopefully the weather will be a little cooler & nice.
*if the game were still held tomorrow, it would be a disaster! Did you know that area schools are being closed Thurs & Friday? Crazy round here & it's not even raining yet.

Dude, I hope everybody is safe and good luck to your team the rest of the season.

I think we're all pissed because A&M is the only one paying the price for this screw-job. Pigs get fed. Hogs get slaughtered.

LaTech peeps are scared of weather. Simple as that. S-C-A-R-E-D.

It'll be about as satisfying as a popcorn fart when we run y'all out of the stadium and send you
back to your miserable lives as LSU fans.

Good news... now zero chance we lose to LA Directional. They had a chance tonight, because we are implementing new offense and schemes on both sides of the ball - now, it won't matter because they will be dealing with a well-oiled machine on offense.

Game will be a blowout in October.

Bad news... 12 straight weeks means we have a much bigger chance of losing to actual quality teams later in the schedule due to injuries as the season progresses.

Worst news... a little bit of rain tonight - good call!

Like I said, buddy, most of us are just pissed because we are the only team in this cluster frick that got screwed.

1. We, the fans, all now have debilitating case of college football blue balls after being teased up until 2 days before kick.

2. We have no warmup game for our SEC opener with a pretty salty Florida team. Improvement from game 1 to game 2 is huge, so what may have been a very close game is now looking like a 2 score loss at a minimum.

3. La Tech's AD and coach both admitted to having ulterior motives for postponing the game, like selling more tickets and getting game film on A&M.

4. This should probably be first. We have 5 away games in a 6-week period with our only home game being LSU. That was already going to be a tough stretch, and now it is much worse.

We went from one of the most difficult schedules in the NCAA to arguably THE MOST DIFFICULT, with a new coach, new QB, new schemes on both sides of the ball, in a new conference, which, by the way, happens to be the hands-down MOST DIFFICULT CONFERENCE, in the MOST DIFFICULT DIVISION of that difficult conference. All of this was already a tough situation that has NOW become a SERIOUS problem, all because some people MIGHT be passing through Shreveport on their way OUT OF New Orleans, but really so your coach can get game film and you can sell more tickets....

So, maybe you could possibly see why we are just a little bit pissed right now. Walk a few feet in our shoes.

I've said this before, but if this is true, then your AD and head coach are a couple of baby back bitches for letting La Tech push you around like that. If they wanted this game played, it would be played. In reality, they agreed to the postponement as well, so go bitch to them about it. Maybe you could all bitch to them in unison and call it a "yell" or something.

Everyone understands that you're pissed, but damn you guys are getting annoying.

It's the vocal minority.

Everyone's disappointed; but the vast majority of Ags understand (and accept) why the decision was made. Many, many of us are from Houston and other locales up & down the Texas Gulf Coast. We're very familiar with the fickle (and dangerous) nature of hurricanes. Our thoughts are with those who are have been negatively affected by the storm.

Agreed. I've been avoiding most of our boards because of the small number of people who insist on continuing to bitch about it

Its not about Shreveport you dumb frick. Im so sick of you ignorant arse A&M fans talking out of your arse. You've got people evacuating to north Louisnana. You have people who would have been coming in from Baton Rouge, Alexandria, Monroe, Jackson, New Orleans in just awful conditions. There was no reason to add that much more traffic to the road. The state has a lot more on its mind then a fricking football game. We have players from Plaquemines Parish and plenty of others who have family in south louisiana. Their mind wont be on a football game, it'll be on helping their families recover from losing everything.

That may be how YOU see it, but if that was even a single bit true then your AD would sack up and give refunds to everyone who asks for one. Until this happens La Tech is just a bunch of money grubbing whoors.

True.

Everybody was pissed on Tuesday. I think we're over it, but some still can't let this thread go. Others are trying to rub salt in the cut, like msutiger.

Put an anchor on this thread and let it go.
