Aggies' inability to spot this obviously tongue-in-cheek post, which wasn't even making fun of them, has really derailed this thread.
We even have one now claiming a Texas fan pointing out how many big 3 titles Texas has since A&M's last one is "like LSU bragging about women's basketball." A real special group, these guys are.

The frick?
See what happened to men in society? How did these low-T weirdos find their way to a men's sports forum?

Tennis is much more of a sport than baseball. There, I said it.

You do know Texas was just in the national title match in men’s tennis this year right? Lost to Virginia.
Y’all are also some of the biggest spenders on tennis

I mean I hope you aren’t seriously suggesting tennis isn’t a sport or some crap. Look at the French open, matches were going 5 hours in the heat. One of the most fit and skillfull sports in the world. Also one of the hardest to go pro in because you have to be in the top 100-200 in the world to make decent money

I agree. It’s not even recruiting your own players. Just picking off the best from not as rich schools. Laziest way of coaching, and I’ve heard the A&M coaches are on the lazier side in recent years

You bet your arse we are and I hope we're able to spend more and get better players in EVERY sport. I don't think the University of Texas is trying to hide this. I and many other Horn fans aren't trying to hide that we're able to spend more on teams than other schools can.
Not going to hide, but celebrate the revenue success and expectations are it translates into more sports championships. Certainly has been paying returns in all sports directors cups.
Needed to add that the success is not just revenue generation, but the massive amount of private donations that make a lot of the payer salaries possible.

Yeah, I wasn't making fun of aggy. I was making fun of the SEC poors who cant compete in so many different sports. Yes, a few can, but probably less than than 4 or 5 max. To bad aggy couldn't pick up on that as aggy posters could have fun with the SEC poors too. Apparently aggy and the SEC poors are both to dense to pick up on it.

Maybe we can win in something. Might as well make a play at the country club sports. Once upon a time our golf didn't suck
