I hate to pull the "luck" card but that's a pretty lucky win. Turning the ball over twice in the final minute, leaving A&M's best two shooters wide open on the last two posessions, and getting away with an obvious foul isn't a good recipe for success

Just watching that ending, you can tell how bad this UK team is right now all the way around. Boneheaded mistakes on the floor, poor FT shooting, non existence defense. And it's January.

Wow, thought they mght call Gabriel for a foul there.

Come on. You know they wouldn't call that, just like the clock operator that kept ticking off extra seconds at the end of the 1st half and the end of the game.

You mean the refs?

Nah I mean your team. Between the free throw misses and wide open misses. Don’t act like we didn’t try to give it to you.

But frick it. As much as we’ve been fricked by football officials in this conference I’ll take my calls in basketball every time.

Bottom line: we got fricked over by the officials. It happens. I hate it for these guys. So many obstacles this year.

Good luck going forward A&M. You're a top 15 team when healthy.

Ya don't say...
Somehow, I can't ever remember a fanbase critical of refs after their team benefitted from a blatant hosing.

It's obvious it happens in football and even worse in basketball. Teams like Kentucky and North Carolina are protected at all cost.

A&M had plenty of opportunities to win, we tried to give it to them. They just didn't make shots at the FT line or from 3 in the final couple minutes.

It was a great decision. Would have worked if the officials had done their job

Sorry, disagree. 3.9 is enough time to get an inbounds pass to a G and dribble the court, not Flutie it.

Plus, no foul. Good hard defense.

we got fricked over more by: 1) Billy kennedy and our bullshite philosophy of being super conservative in offense to play better defense 2) that run of 3 or 4 possessions in the 2nd half were we couldn't stop fouling that fuled a 7-0 run for Kentucky 3) missed fts in the 2nd half and 4) Hogg and gilder deciding to miss two wide open shots right at the worst moments

Yes, Davis was fouled. But hard to get too upset over that

It's a lot easier of an inbound. Not so much off a rebound

We really did. I'm amazed that ATM didn't make one of those wide open baskets.

It’s different for a Kentucky team....I haven’t seen an unorganized team like this year in a long long time....

You’re not seriously claiming Davis wasn’t fouled there, are you? Cause that would be insane. He was literally grabbed around the arm and held down when he tried to jump and catch the inbounds.

Kind of self-imposed obstacles when three of your players violate university policy for suspensions. Maybe they should keep their shite together off the court and not frick their teammates over.
