I saw an ugly gray warehouse with brick slapped on it for "mass appeal" and an 80's era office building looking structure next to the stadium? At least the Sputnik-era Brutalist architecture is "artsy".

Yes. Schloss has been vocal about the need for Blue Bell Park upgrades, and is satisfied with the support he is getting with that. Last I read, the budget set aside for Blue Bell Park upgrades was $60 million.
The AD recognizes how both Arkansas and Miss St. are the model.
