Tennessee is winning straight up.

Arch is 2-2 in true SEC road games in his career, with BOTH wins coming in OT to Kentucky and Mississippi State. Arch is trading on his family name and I don't think he has the nuts to go into Neyland and come out of there with a win.

Only 1 Manning went to Tennessee. 3 went to Ole Miss and 1 went to Texas. Arch's dad went to Ole Miss FWIW.

Oct. 4, 2025 - at Florida - L 21–29
Oct. 18, 2025 - at Kentucky - W 16–13 (OT)

+183 ML now. Was +158 earlier. Wouldn't surprise anyone to see them win this game at home.

He stunk it up at DKR on Saturday. So, don't give the road environment too much credit if he does it again.

This is true. Any other last name and Texas was going to the portal in the off season.
Arch Manning has probably peaked due to the following
1) NFL level coaching his whole life
2) life preparation for the big stage
3) only one system in college for 3 years.
I don’t dislike any of the Mannings including Arch. He is what he is.
I don’t see him taking the next step. His last name might carry him into the NFL but I doubt he can make a career.
I do dislike Texas. I always thought Aggies fit in the SEC. They came in With SEC swagger, had JFF, embraced the SEC.
Texas joined for money and would be out the door if a better deal came along.

I agree. I just hope our ground game keeps us in it and Heupel calls a smart game that limits freshman mistakes as much as possible.
I had this one marked as a L before the season. Just hope we don’t get blown out and it’s a good game regardless.

I like our QB and he’s got a major upside. Hoping this isn’t one of those learning moment games. If you’re tuning into this game to watch stellar QB play, might as well find another game to watch. Should be low scoring in my opinion.

It's almost a carbon copy of last season for Texas. SEC opener on the road a couple weeks after the big Ohio State game.
Texas lost to Billy Napier and DJ Lagway. I think Tennessee's staff, stadium, and QB have a great chance to win.
