They're still waitlisted on purchasing property at 30A!

Glad the fanbase is finally going to get their long overdue dental work.

The largest portion of the investment — $100 million — will be earmarked for the Haslam College of Business to attract distinguished faculty and further enhance its student success initiatives, graduate student scholarships and undergraduate honors program.

Give him a break, jangalang is an Auburn fan.
He clearly doesn't understand sports.

That is disappointing.
It is from the Browns owner and the Browns know how to not win.

I watched Saban talking about investing in the Predators and being part of a team. Then he said he works for Haslam. It was weird

He could have used the investment as a motivation tool. No one from Cleveland cares or else there would have been a riot going on there.

These used to be called donations, endowments, etc. Sounds like the Haslams want a return.

Yeah, it's actually going to something Universities are supposed to be doing... education and/or research.

I watched a You Tube the other night about the Haslam family. From a 6 pump station in the Carolina's to what they have built over the last 50 years.

they've given hundreds of millions to the university over the years but it's almost all to the academic side

Its literally the Haslam Practice field and Neyland Stadium preserved by Pilot. Pretty sure his dad, Big Jim, played for Tennessee and he is without a doubt our largest basketball donor
Edit: Yes his dad played for Neyland on our 1951 Natty team

Respect for that.
Our educational system needs reinvestment and reimagining worse than even portal/NIL era collegiate athletics.
We’re gonna have a revolution on our hands if we don’t figure out how to cheaply and frequently retrain people as technology evolves with AI.

130M-100M=30M?
Okay, I see that the remaining 30M also goes to the academic side. Good for them.

When Lane was there 3 of his players tried to rob one.
