Actually Evans is a perfect place for Evans, Tenn needs to take. Few chances and Evans might actually mature in college and be a team player - not likely but who knows!

As much as I hate the Vols and like most anything they do to be mocked, if it’s students who cares? That’s what students are supposed to do. Just like painting yourself up and putting on hula skirts and whatever the hell else they do. It’s when anyone not presently enrolled does it that it is creepy and awful and should cause loss of all friends.

My guess it’s someone within the AD doing it. Or at least they go to the a certain student that paints it a lot to do it for a specific recruit. I know that one that was posted was done by a student at the time, but I doubt she did it without any direction.
