A simple question, what happens in years without 2 1st round draft picks? The teams aren't competitive without elite talent. Small nuances in the game don't get exposed by elite talent. Skip always preached the little things and attention to detail.
Pitchers are pitching scared and tight. If they walk a guy, they are out of the game and ruining confidence. Throw the fastball, it's a great pitch that at this level you should be able to control without issue.

A better point is that America gets very little oil from the region, why are we doing the job for Europe? Part of it is trying to choke off the supply to China but this could have waited.

You don't need to know certain things. If other schools are forced to do it (accurately, which I doubt) then make it public. Don't put yourself in an unnecessary bind.
