Tennessee continues to give huge cushions on 3rd down passes. Great strategy when gt isn't much of a passing team and they've given up way too many easy ones.

That is the biggest problem with this offense. 1 penalty absolutely kills a drive.

UT has had all spring, summer and August until now to prepare for this offense. No excuse for being totally unprepared on Defense.

This reminds me of a movie where there's a fight, and one guy gets on top of the other and just chokes him to death with his bare hands....at first there's violent resistance, but slowly the guy on .bottom just gives up and succumbs.

Yup. Same with the service academy teams. You have to make them pass more than they want to by jumping all over them or it's a long day.

Good thing Tennessee didn't play a team with a couple of three stars on the roster in week 1. Could have really gotten ugly.
