I think you 2 schools coming from the Big 12 need to realize that coming into the SEC is not a cake walk. I'll use Arky and USCe as prime examples. In 20 seasons in the SEC, Arky has a winning conf record in 6 seasons and USCe has 5. I think A&M and Mizzou need to focus on beating teams like Miss St and USCe on a consistent basis and stop daydreaming about taking it to an LSU or Alabama. Will you beat LSU or Bama one day? I'm sure you will. But get used to winning one of those games once every 5 or 6 years. Hell, back when Florida was top dog, LSU lost 13 of 14 games to them (88-01). Good luck though and looking forward to my first trip to College Station this year.

It will be 5 years minimum before A&M beats either Bama or LSU. The Aggies are in for a rude awakening starting this fall. If Miss. State and Texas played each other ten years in a row, I would say the series would be even at 5-5. A&M will fare even worse.

I've been to college station once. It sucked. I'm going back this year to see the opener and watch all those idiots get destroyed. I will never go back.

I just don't think these guys realize that we really do play defense in this conference unlike that Playstation conference they are used to playing in. Mississippi State would be playing in many BCS bowls if they played in the Big 12.
