Since Texas joined the SEC, they've won 20 of the 22 baseball series they've played.

WHO were the 2 announcers on secn+ for this series ? The constant inane babble from both was fingernail on chalk board irritating. Actually the Auburn homer was less plug your ears than the Texas homer

Everything will even out in the next 3 weeks.

The SEC slate is brutal.

May get 13 teams in the tourney this year.

I can't remember the last time we swept the Doors, so this feels good.

I think the home team provides the announcers for each series, but I may be wrong. I don’t know who they were, but I don’t think any of them were Texas guys.

It’s already pretty even imo

7 teams 4-2
4 teams 3-3
3 teams 2-4

That’s crazy as it is..

100% and I love it..

Wining a series on the road in the SEC is always a good weekend.
We didn't play well enough to win it is the thing. We only won game 2 because South Carolina threw the ball away on a routine grounder with two outs in the 9th to allow us to tie it. We literally should have lost the series.

The play-by-play guy today sounded like LSU’s radio guy. Not sure who the color guy was.

On a different note, SEC baseball is something to behold. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a conference in any sport with this many teams that are legitimate competitors with conference and national aspirations.

Yeah, I read something wrong there. They showed the statat end of the game. I think it must have been 20 of last 22 3 game series including non-conference. I'll look it up.

You're absolutely correct about the 10 of 12 SEC series.

I’m probably wrong on my thought that it was the LSU guy, but I know I’ve heard him call LSU games on the ESPN app anyway.

With most LSU fans MIA, today has been a pleasant day on the rant.

Encouraging to see Texas’ 4-2 is against 2 pretty good teams. Still have a few series left against some of the “bottom” teams in conference

Ole Miss & Auburn both in the Top 5 of RPI - so yes, both good teams

Probably should be 5-1 or 6-0 though.. so that sucks, but maybe it helped us figure out some things

You're not wrong, it was 100% Lyn Rollins. I guess he did it because LSU finished their series yesterday? Not sure.

We didn't get a "pucker up and kiss that baby goodbye," I guess that's only for Alex Box.
