It’s one thing if it’s bad but consistently bad in the same places. Literally nothing has been consistent about this. Middle-middle pitches are balls and pitches 2 balls inside and high are strikes. And then the same inside pitch is a ball and outside by 4 inches is a strike. I can’t keep up.

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen that. Tommy White pushed a sliding runner’s hand off the bag with the tag. Runner was called out and on replay it was confirmed.
Really makes you wonder why fielders don’t just wrestle runners off the bag so they can tag them

What a terrible call by the ump at third. Stanley is clearly safe and if forced off by thew tag.

It isn’t supposed to be called if you literally push the runner off the bag

Because that would be nonsense. The umpire has the digression to call the runner safe when he sees someone pushed off there bag.

I’m still trying to figure out what the ump did. He seemed to signal he pushed him off the bag and called him safe and then later called him out. No question White pushed his arm off the bag at third.

As bad as these umpires are, I can’t imagine they looked at it on video and didn’t see that he was pushed off, so maybe there’s some kind of rule related to a runner keeping contact with the base on a slide play?

But again he initially signals White pushed him off the bag and calls him safe. Then something made him switch the call.
