I really hope Kopps doesn't run out of gas in the postseason. His work load this year has been insane.

I obviously think highly of the guy and see what all the fuss is about. Hope DVH manages him properly; selfishly, I think this would’ve been a series worth letting get away to preserve him for bigger and better things but then Hoover is still 3 weeks out and I’d be surprised if Kopps makes more than a cursory appearance during the tournament just to get some routine work in

He’s got the durability to start but why use him once when he’s so much better than anyone else in the pen. Just wait until we get a lead anytime from the 5th inning on then bring him in get the dub and move on. I feel like that’s van horns approach to pitching this season.

We didn’t get swept. I guess that something. Need 3 wins out of the series against Ole Miss and Florida. Unfortunately, we seem to play uninspired baseball every other week so who knows what we will get

DvH never gives a shot about Hoover so that doesn’t worry me.
We could lose the last two series and bounce from the tourney and likely still get a National seed.
All that really matters at this point.
Kopps will have plenty of time to reset IMO.
