Yep, or teasips. It's just dumb.

Yeah, and if you use them, it's probably time to grow up.
Now if you want to say something like the LSU shitheads, or the A&M frickwads, I'd accept those.
Teasips, swamp kittens and faggies just sound gay as frick.

I like you, tchoupitoulas, because you make rational arguments
I just don't have much more to add on this. Aggies don't need to convince anyone of anything.
We've already drawn back the curtain on the tsip facade. Overly concerned with perception, and trying to drive PR via the media.
They don't really want to play us, but they need us.

Opponents A&M was supposed to play, but one party backed out 2005-2014.
2005 - Florida State
2006 - Florida State
2009 - Michigan State
2010 - Michigan State
Florida State lost a home game when Miami joined the ACC

So then no one in the country scheduled well?
I think that's why we're seeing such an upgrade in how most teams are scheduling OOC games now, because teams used to not do so. It's definitely one of the main advantages of the playoffs in my opinion. I think teams aren't afraid to schedule well, and as we fortunately saw with Baylor they don't reward teams who schedule crap OOC games.

I agree, that's why I wish they'd stop trying.
I'd like to see A&M and UT resume play. I think it would be much more competitive going forward that it has been in the past. It would be much like the USC-Clemson, UF-FSU and UGA-GTech games, only in the West.
I like watching anybody beat snot bubbles out of UT.

Texas won 27-25 in the last meeting between the schools in 2011 in College Station. The Longhorns lead the overall series 76-37-5 and have won nine of the last 12 games.
Can somebody tell me again why the SEC chose lil brother instead of Texas????

It'll happen eventually.
Tempers will cool and calmer heads will prevail.
But prob not in the near future
(and certainly not while Strong is there; he'll be shown the Austin exit sign in the next couple of years)

All sorts of reasons, but #1 is this was never an option. Texas would never have agreed to move to the SEC.

The SEC and Texas A&M have tried to forge a relationship for years.
UTex wants/wanted zero affiliation with the "inbred, stupid, racist hicks" of the SEC.
The LHN was the nail in the coffin; they can't go anywhere without their own television network.
The horns don't share very well.

That game needs to continue
I guess that would mean moving LSU game off Thanksgiving weekend.

Very likely not happening. The SEC isn't changing up its whole schedule again. It would be one of the first 3 games of the season.

So you're sticking by your original statement that A&M didn't schedule well while it was in the Big 12?

All kidding aside, for the SEC to reach its full potential, it needs Texas to come in and take charge.

Why are you posting here?

Let's get all the bullshite comments out on the table before we get to the truth:
1. Aggy is skeer't
2. Aggy left the State of Texas
3. "we" get to decide when the game resumes
4. Aggy left the state because they are obssessed
5. SEC is academically inferior to the Big 12
6. We didn't have room in the schedule for Aggy.
Etc. blah blah blah.
Those cocksmockers threatened to end the series if we left the Big Twatever and that is exactly what they did. We gave them every opportunity to resume the series, but Dodds stated "we get to decide when it resumes."
frick that! WE will decide. frick them. They are only crying about it now because they have shitty exposure and a boring-arse schedule. Their fans were MORE THAN HAPPY to never see Aggy again. Only NOW are they nostalgic. The longer we let them bleed the better.
We will agree to resume the series if the next 20 games are played at kyle Field and we use only SEC refs in perpetuity, and they must agree to cancel the OU game in Dallas and go to a normal home and home.
Otherwise, frick off and rot in obscurity.

Also, he knew Ash was a HUGE health risk going in to 2014.
I honestly thought it was really messed up of him to let the kid play at all. It was clear as day he was a major concussion risk going into the season with his history.

I hope you feel better now. You just made Lofrus bite his boyfriends pecker off out of anger.
