I’m reading that the concern is that this guy, terrorist if you will, wasn’t alone. But who knows.
Also I’d think police are already stretched thin .. likely need to call in area resources??

They did it on purpose dude. Look at the timing, they wanted to make sure people would not leave the city. Had they pulled the plug earlier in the day, people would have cancelled hotels, etc. Now, people are locked in for an additional day.
