And we can't all play TCU.... LOL!

They beat every team they faced except UGA.
And they beat the #3 team in the country

LSU can't play TCU because your defense sucks. Coaching issues. Not personnel

Oh.... so LSU had an advantage because of a Lincoln Riley defense, but TCU is acceptable because they beat every team they faced???

How many Dawg posts do you suppose you’d find in 2020 trashing Bennett when Daniels was at UGA?

Probably a lot.

True. In 2020 Stetson got his first real playing time. He led Georgia to victory over Arkansas. In two years he has improved to "elite" status.

Yes he's elite. Anyone that says he's not is a miserable trekkie.

You do know what a Lincoln Riley defense is, don't you?

Thus being ranked #2 in the country.
Does that make you melt?

Yes.
Those are the kinds of things TCU fans say to justify where they are.

Not much different than a 2 loss team arguing that they didn't lose a game in regulation all year as justification for jumping 4 spots before the national championship game.
Can you believe it? Fans literally say these types of things.

Is that a reference to 2007?

I disagree. It's easier to "make plays" when you're on the field with much more talented players. Also, CJ Stroud made plays...before he lost his #1 WR. Bryce Young had nobody to throw to this year but last year when he had both his WR's, they beat the shyt out of UGA! He made plays! You're naive if you don't think that all 3 QB's you're mentioned wouldn't have achieved 2 national titles if you simply removed Bennett and inserted them. Only difference is their stats would've been much better than SBIV. His "playing" days are over. He's not NFL material because he isn't good. On a level playing field of talent, he's not good enough to be the difference maker.

That said, he had a hell of a collegiate career and will forever be remembered by UGA fans. He'll be drafted and be a certified clipboard holder but he'll be paid more than probably everyone on this board.

Wonder how many more kids would do better playing college ball at age 24 and 25? Stetson bless.

Why the frick do UGA fans care if SB is considered elite? Ya'll won the natty. Why does his "elite status" matter??

All 3 of them had more talented wide receivers than Stetson.

You are naive to think that just any schmo can have success with a leading wide receiver who grew up just outside of Tennessee, wanting to go to Tennessee, and didn't get offered by Tennessee.

The offense was littered with 3 stars and low 4 stars. The only 1st string starter that was 5 stars was our left tackle Broderick jones.
