I never said LSU wouldn’t get sued too. I said they’d ultimately pass the buck up the chain, which is exactly what will happen.

A lawsuit to permit enforcing conference rules?
It is crazy that judges make up so much shite that preemptive lawsuits get filed to permit the enforcement of rules. Thank God for lawyers/judges. Amirite?

I'll take that bet. Honestly I don't think they'll be any damage claim levied against LSU in the first place. But even so the NIL will be paid and that will be that.
