Now this is bullshite at its best.

SEC has been very Texas like with this situation.
I wonder if Texas left Stankey know they were about to leak stuff before A&M took the podium at the SEC event. He probably gave his blessing.

The entire purpose of this statement is to help defend against the tortious interference court action that might well be brought by Big 12 schools.
