I loved watching McFadden play...except when he was playing against us.

I think the last time a UK back really broke one open was Moe Williams in '95. Had 299 against South Carolina and 238 against State in the same season.

Dexter McCluster ran for 282 yards and 4 TDs on 25 carrries against UT in 2009.

Josh Robinson ran all over LSU last year.

Ole Miss has had a lot of guys run through us. Pick a game from 2011

Chavis has some great defenses everyone!
Notre shame 263 rushing yards
Auburn 298 rushing yards
State 308
Wisconsin 268

But that #1 in the SEC tho

It was a pretty good effort, but Irons was actually more efficient, believe it or not.

How so?

Chubb is the last one that comes to mind for Arkansas. He torched us like no other last year.

Bobby Humphery ran for 300+ in Tiger Stadium one nite. He could have gone for 500
If he had the ball more.

Auburn 2010 set the single game rushing record against LSU, who had I think 450 rushing yards?

Not a running back, but Cam had 217 yards in that game. The amazing thing about that game was that LSU was even still in it in the fourth quarter, and lost by a TD. Props to Cam for one of the many great games he had.

Incorrect. You're probably thinking of the '96 game where Shaun Alexander had two 70 yard TD runs in the second half, and finished with 291. The 291 yards is the most ever by an opponent in Tiger Stadium.

You guys are going to love 3rd and Chavis...

A&M rush D
14 - 226.5 (114)
13 - 220.8 (106)
12 - 144.5 (39)
AVG - 197.3

Chavis rush D
14 - 161.2 (53)
13 - 147.5 (39)
12 - 95.3 (4)
11 - 93.0 (6)
10 - 145.5 (50)
09 - 133.1 (41)
08 - 103.4 (11)
07 - 164.6 (64)
06 - 146.7 (71)
05 - 82.5 (3)
AVG - 127.3

If Chavis can is 25% worse than his avg over the past 10 years he'll still improve A&M's 3 year avg by 20+ yards. Close to 50 over the last 2 year avg. Anyone who honestly thinks A&M's D isn't getting better then you're crazy.

Look at the guys that could be posted as "got torn apart by" for A&M last year alone.

Collins 21-131-1
Robinson 17-107-2
Yeldon 13-114-2
Payne 30-220-2
Hansbrough 20-199-2
Fournette 19-146-1

My guess would be that LSU was last torn up by Kenny Irons. Is anyone aware of one after that? (218 yards, 2005)

Uh YEAH. MSU last year. The Dak & Rob attack.
