Tennessee shot their wad vs Arkansas and barely avoided getting swept at home.

Cocks take 2 of 3.

If Tennessee plays like they played us, they win 2 of 3, or sweep. If they are deflated after this weekend, they'll take 1 of 3.

Tennessee is good.

Ive got TN taking 2/3. Don't think SC has the offense to keep up.

It depends which Gamecock team shows up. We had 32 runs this weekend of course it was Kentucky but still...

A Tennessee sweep torpedoes South Carolina's hopes of hosting a regional.

They're not projected to host regardless.

Eh... sweeping Kentucky coupled with Charlotte/Pittsburgh/Stanford struggling this weekend gives South Carolina a solid chance. If they win the series against UT, I think that there'll be a regional in Columbia.

Nah...Ole Miss beating Vandy puts Ole Miss ahead of SC in the hosting pecking order. Both were projected 2 seeds last week.

Vols are one salty group. Bunch of animated bravado but partially back it up.

They will win at least 2/3 and maybe sweep. Good pitching, good slugging, decent Defense...

Coaching is great overall. Hard out for SC!

That would be my guess.

Especially for baseball you don't want the highs to be sky high and lows at the bottom of the valley. Just by the nature of the game there will be times it does not go your way and you don't want team morale crashing after a tough loss.

I think Vitello let his team get a bit too hyped, and probably got a bit too hyped himself, and there is a real danger they come out flat after a tough series loss.

If they just roll out on the field and take care of business I think they beat USC. UT has a very good team this year.
