No offense, but you act like South Carolina is LSU when they are really just Oregon State.

Uh no. OSU just had some good runs. SC is top 10 in CWS wins, has ongoing record winning streaks in the NCAA tournament and the CWS, has as many titles as OSU but almost 3X as many appearances I believe, have the longest streak in the SEC of consecutive NCAA tournament appearances (also ongoing), haven't had less than 40 win season since 1999 or so, have the all-time best overall SEC record of 25-5. As great as Tanner has been and still is he is still 2nd all-time in wins here at SC behind June Raines who made it to the title game but couldn't break through. (SC is a 3X runner-up once under Richardson, once under Raines, and once under Tanner)

BTW I love how LSU fans make it seem like they've always been some historical power, but really what were they before the late '80s and then in the '90s when they had their title run? Just an FYI SC went to Omaha 5 times before LSU made it to their 1st.

Have you forgotten yet? If so, I'd like to remind you that you lost to some school I've never heard of before tonight.

Believe it or not, but I'm a Francis Marion Alum. Back in the dark ages when it was still Francis Marion College. Before that, it was a branch campus of USC. I'm also a Kentucky alum, and a Georgia alum, and then I had the good fortune to wind up in the land of Purple and Gold, and have been a Tiger for nearly 30 years. The end.

And guess what 6>>>>>>>>2 when at the end of the day all that matters is championships. So your point is it would have been better if it took us 6 decades to get to that much hardware? You sound like texas fans who were bragging in
09 cause they had won their 6 over a bunch of decades. I could not care less if it took 1000 years, we are second all time in hardware DWI. At the end of the day
Its the only stat that you can really brag about.

Uh ok but to say that SC = Oregon St. in terms of baseball prestige is a joke and utterly inaccurate.

Sometimes it happens.

A&M is a top 10 baseball team and managed to lose to UT-Arlington this week.

(I'm a UT-Arlington alum)

And LSU won it 6 times before you won your 1st.
