SC has had some big years fairly recently and has had some really big wins under Beamer.
Last season after losing 27-3 at home to Ole Miss they turned around and nearly beat Bama on the road. They have the potential to surprise at any point.

SC has historically had some very good players, yes. And spurrier did a great job there. But when most of their fans boast about beating Ohio state 25 years ago in the Bozo the clown bowl, that’s not a ringing endorsement
