The same a-hole Governor that didn't do enough to close places like Myrtle Beach - the Beaches, and didn't do enough to close bars & clubs that had throngs of young people packed in like sardines?
Too late to get concerned now, just a short time ago, these same Southern Governors were talking about reopening and jump starting the economy to throw "red meat" to the Bunker Bitch's Base, now they wanna take CV19 serious
They knew it was a Pandemic back in March & maybe FEB and all they did was follow Trumpf's lead of questioning the Science & Medical establishment at every step, this attitude caused the Public to do the same, in addition to not taking CV19 serious enough
And here we are

all politicians are compromised - homos, pedophiles, serial adulterers, proof of them taking bribes, etc. the deep state is massaging them now to conform.
you either lock completely down or the virus spreads. the scientific "experts" know this. with a complete lockdown you slow things down, but you also destroy the economy and tens of millions of lives. And they also know as soon as you open up a little bit, the numbers go up.
Please notice no hospitals are overcrowded and the death rate isn't racing upwards anymore. the virus isn't as serious as these fearmongers would have you believe.
our real problem is there aren't enough men in key political positions of power. we are being governed by children, by emotional women, and compromised politicians.

There is no reason to close beaches. Responsible people should be allowed to enjoy the outdoors. Its time to close bars because young people aren't responsible or intelligent.

In theory you are correct, but the way the younger crowd enjoys the Beaches is to gather in packs with no social distancing
The younger crowd doesn't use the beach like a Retired Person that goes for an isolated walk to get exercise

Actually it is kinda lame to close down much of anything. You're only making an unfortunate situation into a full fledged disaster. Why? It's pretty simple actually. It's here and not going away. Part of American life like the flu season yearly.
Only this one carries immunity and you, me and everyone is gonna "get it" sooner or later. There will likely be a 50% vaccine at some point but no matter, you'll eventually get it. Social distance if you will, wear masks but at some point...boom. Then you should be done. Don't destroy people lives and stave them just to prove a point. Therein lies the disaster.

Do these stupid arse politicians not understand that this is an infectious disease that only herd immunity will stop? It is as infectious as a common cold, but extremely serious for only a small percentage of the population. PROTECT THAT PERCENTAGE ASSHOLES!! Let the rest of the country go on with their lives.
