Figure instead of finding them tomorrow I could get it out of the way today. Thinking about state sites with faster count totals as the highest priority. What else would be good though?

The last mail in vote number i saw was 69 million. So if just 5 % is lost or stolen that's 3,450,000 million votes cast that will not be counted. How is voting by mail allowed?
