Not a fan of the NFL but glad they did something right for a change. Told the gambler to eat shite

quote:

Your Petition — filed three business days before the deadline, without any supporting information or documentation, and only after abandoning your recent litigation efforts to avoid NCAA sanctions — does not provide a basis for the League to alter those plans," the NFL's letter said. "The issues presented by your Petition are too significant, and too closely tied to the League's core integrity interests, to permit meaningful review within the timeline presented."

He should try so we can watch the BIG12s lawyers drag their nuts across Brendan, Cody and Ken’s face. It would be highly entertaining and would be a nice way to fill the summer void.

Tech has said he won't play for them. Just a short, blunt message.

I wonder if this prevents him from entering the NFL as a free agent?
Either way this drama is going to continue for a while. It seems his lawyers are threatening to sue.

It does. His earliest entrance into the NFL is the 2027 draft.
Someone said his only options to play before then is either the CFL or the UFL.

He should take his $7m, maybe a little less by now. Invest it, and work until around thirty. Retire early. Don’t feel remotely sorry for him

Sorsby is not a sympathetic figure.

I’d rather focus on the legit draft prospects for those who aren’t breaking rules and gambling “illegally”.

However, I would be entertained if Paxton files a lawsuit of some sort though…

I think it was funny as hell he was betting on Sri Lankan midget water polo and the other outlandish shite he was gambling on, but I feel like a degenerate just buying a lotto ticket.
