It's not a new debate.
You and other LSU fans seem to think the GOAT discussion started after 2019, and the fact you are surprised that someone would mention 1995 Nebraska pretty much confirms and highlights the fact. It has ALWAYS been a discussion between 95 Nebraska and 01 Miami, with the occasional mention of 71 Nebraska.
