More exposure to NFL scouts, more consistent good development regardless of coaching turnover.
At this point, NFL scouts know what they're getting from a Saban player. They're disciplined, well trained, and driven.

It's two part. 1) Saban and his system is spot on with evaluation. 2) Saban and his system develops talent.
