agree i use to respect Bama much more in the big 12 . Like we did Nebraska . Seeing their cry baby fans bitch and moan every time things don’t go their way and see the way the fans behave at games makes me think less of them each and every week that goes by.

The man hours they’ve spent pouring over frame by frame footage of every play to freeze, cut and post is astounding. Bama fans focusing their smugness into “the refs screwed us” after damn near 20 years of getting all the calls in Tuscaloosa has been glorious.

I just don’t believe that a man of Harvey’s intellect would come up with spike 80 on his own. Someone introduced it to him.

These trees make up a place of cultural and historical significance on the Auburn campus. It is a place of celebration and community. Harvey knew they were not just “trees,” however, someone told him about spike 80 and I bet that someone had experience with right of way removal of trees.

I was shocked to see an Alabama fan even attempt to say it was ok for the fan to do that.

I am not shocked that Alabama fans defend the behavior.

Bama doesn't do anything wrong.
And Bama never loses to Georgia.
When the rest of the world understands those two truths, then we can all get along. /s

The fan was in his seat and in his section. It’s obvious who the shite talker and aggressor was, because only one person walked up to someone and started mouthing off.

What did the player say when he "mouthed off"?

The player thought it was a UGA fan, there were other UGA fans around the guy that the player was interacting with.

People do stupid stuff and I don’t think any fan base is immune to it. Those fans who threw stuff should be identified (if possible) and held accountable.

The number of Bama fans who either supported Harvey Updike or say that what he did is no different than Jimmy "YellowFellow" Rane in terms of killing trees is quite disturbing.

I thought it was pretty well-known nationwide that our fringe fanbase is by far the fringiest to be found anywhere. Honestly only LSU can hang with us in that regard.
