I seem to recall the last time A&M played OU... Co-Champion of the B12 that year... that we waxed that arse 41-13. I understand you are a new Sooner fan this year so you didn’t know.

Yet we have to endure thread after thread and post after post of “we got within 11 points “ That’s big 12 football
And yet we also have to hear about how close you got to Bama and Clemson and whoever else.
That's aggy football.

We won’t have to endure post after post about staying within 11 after the Sugar Bowl. This I guarantee.

They went for it on 4th down from their own 25, yet kicked a FG from Bama's 5.
Makes sense . . .

Yep, pretty much sums it up old sarge.

frick you too, aggy. Y'all are the champions of riding other teams dicks. How does that trophy look in your hall of (wannabe)champions?

"Almost worked"
You clearly missed my point. Tua had more td passes than incompletions. OU couldn't stop Bama from running and if they managed to stop Jacobs, then Tua would just throw for a first down. At this point is it really better to kick it and let Bama start at 25 and eat even more clock getting first down after first down, or is better to try and get the ball back the only way you can? Same reason Kirby went for it on 4th down, and same reason Saban did an onside kick vs Clemson a few years ago. If your defense is tired and you know they will score anyway, you might as well roll the dice.

I was just having fun with it. I understood your point. Mine was just to poke fun at Kirby's excuses after the seccg.

you would try onside kicks too. The second one almost worked had the kid not touched it one yard too soon.
Both kicks were poorly executed.
The first one was telegraphed and bama had plenty of time to adjust to it.
Second one should have worked.

bullshite.
SEC tv ratings in Austin are fantastic because they dick ride every team playing A&M.

Poorer--lol, right.
Younger--you're still just a branch of Texas.
Smaller--more selective, don't accept every applicant that has a pulse.
I like you, Old Sarge, and admire your devotion to your university. But, your still little brother, always will be. Just accept it.

What is faggies record vs LSU?....Bitch

That first onside kick was a bad call. You've got 8 mins left. You have to give your defense a chance to get you the ball back. Onside kicks are successful less than 20% of the time...and I guarantee you that % is lower against a team like Bama that executes and has 40 sets of 5* hands from which to choose.
I get the whole "well, their defense couldn't stop them" argument...but in this case, Bama had gone conservative, rightfully so...Oklahoma's chance at stopping them was much greater than at other points in the game where Bama's playbook was wide open. Horrible call IMO

Look up the meaning of Aggie in the dictionary. One word: vicariously.

That was the worst game I have seen Bama play in awhile. Granted, I don't watch them play every week. They actually had a holding call go against them. He grabbed him from behind and threw him down and was surprised that it got called.
Fair catch thrown up on that kickoff? Lack of knowledge of the situation right there. So many mistakes came from one guy on the O-Line. That dude will not enjoy film study.
Sloppy, sloppy game but still an easy win. That's pretty darn impressive right there. When is Saban retiring again?
