The best they could do was close a 28 point gap to 11 points all after Saban took his foot off the gas to save his players for next week and even took a mercy knee instead of adding an additional 7 points at the end

Yet we have to endure thread after thread and post after post of “we got within 11 points “

That’s big 12 football

Most surprising part of the game is that Bama's special teams did really well.

They went for it on 4th down multiple times and were in desperation for 3qtrs. They aren't a good team.

They only had maybe 1 or 2 players on offense that could even start for Alabama. They just were outmatched.

If you were playing against Tua with that defense, you would try onside kicks too. The second one almost worked had the kid not touched it one yard too soon.

that was the sloppiest game I have seen Bama play in a long time.

Numerous false starts
The inexplicable fair catch signal on the Kickoff without an OU player within 20 yards
Taking a helmet off in the middle of the field after a sack giving OU 15 yards and a first down

There were other mistakes but these stood out and were costly. A clean game and Bama wins by 30. Tua was on his game.

Oh yeah definitely one of the worst. But besides the mistake fair catch call( which the refs effed up and put Bama at the 20 instead of the 25...????)special teams played well.

except when OU had to kick off from the 10 yard line and Robinson called a fair catch for Jacobs at about the 20. That was way the hell stupid.

Wish we hadn't mercy kneed it at the end, but they would have made up some other bullshite to have a moral victory about.

Seriously, he had no idea what he was doing, no situational awareness at all.

It find it funny a&m is mocking ou and the big twelve because of their performance bama. If you look at the stats of a&m and ou vs bama you will see both schools gave up 45 points to bama. Ou actually scored more points than a&m and gave up less total yards on defense than a&m. When is aggy going to make a name for themselves in the sec instead of hiding behind uga & bama? UT would never dickride another program.

I normally no longer watch extra points because of our special teams. Tonight was a win win.

Bama's lead was never in jeopardy,
OU never possesed the ball on offense with a chance to cut the UA lead to either 4 or 8 points. Every time OU cut it to 11 Bama scored to go back up 18.
