It is funny how fans will have discussion about other sports and Bama fans attempt to steer it back to football

Since 1980 it’s Bama up 24-16-1 in football. Overall it’s 53-26-5.
In basketball it’s Bama 106-72 overall.
It’s safe to say you’ll never see a winning record vs Bama in those sports in your LiFeTiMe.

In my lifetime Alabama has won 12 National Championships in football and baseball. Not sure how many they have played for, but it's more than 12.

So over the last decade - in Big 3 sports - you’re 27-34 against LSU?
Wow.
Color me impressed!

Right! LSU is more like Auburn and Chizik without Cam 2.0

All in football-12 claimed or earned in 60 years. Thanks for making our point,

I was trying to be fair and balanced
The average winning % between the 3 sports
10 years - Alabama 54.3%
5 years - Alabama 54.2%
3 years - LSU 51.0%
Wow

I mean you guys are awesome in baseball - that's cool.
We've won titles in other sports we care about too. It's weird how badly you seem to want to cling to this narrative that LSU wins all the titles in all the sports and Alabama only wins in football and nothing else.

I’m not “ clinging “ to anything. There are THREE major men’s sports. That’s all. Three. That is what I referenced. LSU is a well balanced program as is UF. Bama really only does football well. Embrace your identity- don’t try to diminish ours.

quote:Well, going into a National Championship winning football season, LSU was ranked #4 as Best in College Sports. LSU reached the post-season in 16 of 21 sports programs. LSU won conference titles in men's basketball, women's soccer, gymnastics and men's outdoor track and field. The Tigers also had top 10 national finishes in six sports with gymnastics leading the way with its runner-up NCAA finish. Other Top 10 finishes for LSU in 2018-19 include: beach volleyball No. 3, men's indoor track and field No. 3, women's outdoor track and field No. 3, football No. 6 and men's outdoor track and field No. 7. LSU was the only school in the nation to win a bowl game, reach the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament and have both its baseball and softball teams advance to the NCAA Super Regionals. LSU finished the 2018-19 Director's Cup second among all SEC schools, trailing only Florida
In what other sports?
And that was all before winning a NC in football, basketball crushing the SEC play & baseball looking to have an impressive season.
