I actually think it's possible. My feeling is Clemson would get the benefit of the doubt considering the recent level of play they have had. I wouldn't have a problem if they did, either. I think teams should get the benefit of the doubt when they have proven to be good with recent success. To a point. Two losses? No. One loss and another close bad win? No. That's where NC could hurt Clemson. We'll see how the committee leans if Clemson drops a game.

Texas is now a nobody after barely beating Kansas and losing to TCU.
Florida is overrated in my opinion and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them lose to FSU. They’ve dropped 7 of the last 9 to them.
Your claim to fame banks on them and Auburn. The rest of your schedule is mediocre to bad teams.
I’m not sure why LSU fans think they are playing world beaters every week.

Would be interesting to see what would happen if say:
LSU beats Bama on a last second field goal after a good game.
UF or UGA went on to go 11-1.
11-1 UF/UG face 12-0 LSU.
UF/UG squeak by with field goal win after good game.
You would have:
Bama 11-1 (Didnt make SEC champ game but surely in spot to make playoffs)
LSU 12-1 (Champ Loser but win over Bama)
UF/UG 12-1 (SEC Champ)
This has to Playoff committees worse nightmare scenario. The TD would shutdown after Bama and UG/UF gets into playoff and LSU is left out

Again who has Clemson played or beat this year? ...and the last time i checked Auburn and Florida are still ranked with LSU getting ready to play Alabama, Dont even try comparing LSU's strength of schedule .... Clemsons isnt even close lol

That's a simple fix. If LSU wants in the playoffs they need to do something they haven't done in 8 years
Bama walks through the SEC blowing people out every year, and then gets beat in the playoffs. And this past year against Clemson isn't the first time they have been defeated. Ya'll just make the SEC out to be something more than what it is. The SEC is just like every other conference in the country, extremely top heavy

Yeah it's pretty clear that the SEC and Big 10 are the Class of college football this year.
And for the 90 millionth time, the American is a better conference than the ACC this year.
