Donovan really wasn't the best gameday coach and X/O for that matter. Brady used to own him.

Donovan is 1000x the coach Calipari will ever be. I can't wait till you mildcats meet NCAA Probation coming over the middle.

Donovan is a great coach. Hate to see him leave the SEC. I doubt he left because of Calipari. Recruiting is cyclical. Possible UF hires:
Archie Miller
Baby Pitino
Mark Gottfried
Timing is bad in that S. Smart has already inked with Texas. I'm sure UF would have made a run at him.

LSU also benefited from AAU politics with Blakeney. Otherwise he was probably good as gone to Louisville.
The big picture is that it's incredible all of these 'croots are considering LSU in the first place. A nice moral victory to take away from the Newman sweepstakes, Elijah Thomas too

Last I checked, Cal was 12-5 against Billy. My math is fuzzy, but that doesn't equal 1000x.

Pitino jr is definitely not on the list, neither is Gottfried. Miller is the prime target according to our beat writer. And the timing def sucks, because you could bet your arse Shaka would be our coach.
