E won’t be working alone next season, either. If they want to promote from within, that’s fine. If they go outside, do you really think we will have difficulty getting someone to occupy a spot that just got a guy an instant NFL OC gig with a lot of players coming back who already know the system? That's alot of assuming. The right guy could be hired, but just as easy, the wrong one. You never know until it's played out.
