You don’t understand. it’s all about TIMING. Steve Shaw waits until a call will hamper LSU or Auburn at a critical moment in the game and stop their momentum. Only then will he instantaneously speak into the refs earpiece to help LSU’s or Auburn’s opponent. This is a years-long and tightly scripted conspiracy. Never mind that it requires split-second decision making with coordination from Shaw in Birmingham to the refs on the field. There are secret meetings about this before every season. The REC caters food and they are held at a wealthy Bama booster’s house.

When all of the evidence and data is examined instead of the selected ones you guys wish to use, then the whole of evidence doesn't back up your claim. In fact when the whole of the evidence is considered it contradicts your claim and says the refs are tougher on Bama. But I guess if fans could be objective, then there wouldn't be a need for third parties to officiate our games. I have read several articles about officials written by various officials from various sports and papers written by psychologist who have studied this. In the end pretty much all of them conclude that it is just a coping mechanism that fans of the losing team use. More commonly known as "sore losers".

When Bama starts getting penalties that actually hurt them when it matters then yall come back with all this bs.

Does losing a national championship on an uncalled pick play count?

But if that penalty gets called - then you'll claim it was Alabama getting favoritism.

Stopping the play so Saban can read the offense and then restarting after doing nothing is not a penalty...

honestly I laughed so hard when this happened when UT came out in a wild cat formation. the refs stopped the game so saban could get his defense ready. it was one of the weirdest things i've seen in football

How much more specific do some of us have to be? We of course know that without the SEC officials, you are screwed sometimes. Nobody is complaining about that. We are tired of the bullshite that goes on within the SEC. How are you not understanding this very simple concept?

It's no worse than the ref a couple years ago going against Auburn going back and completely taking away a play Auburn ran for Bama. They completely ignored the rules and stopped the game and went back to the play before the last one Auburn ran to make a call for Bama.

Obviously they knew that Bama wouldn't be ready for this tricky new wildcat formation. There's no way they stopped it to discuss the play clock that didn't reset.

I remember this. I was honestly mad for auburn fans in the moment. how can you review a play from two plays ago

Watching the game now, I can see what everyone is so upset about, the momentum killing penaltys in the third quarter were obvious bull shite.

What do the stats say?

If you sort the stats by the last game (ETA reformatted for clarity):

Tennessee 2019 Rank - 61
Last game Rank - 1

2019 average per game - 6.3

Last 3 average per game - 7.3

Last game - 13

What about the "missed" false start on UGA's right guard during their first touchdown play against Alabama that everyone strangely yet conveniently turned a blind eye to? But mUh REC rEfS111 cRuCiAl ToUcHdOwN111

Don't you think if the REC and Birmingham were in cahoots they would be smart enough to at least call some garbage time and unimportant penalties to make the yardage look even? So bozos like you could half-wittedly make terrible posts to the SEC Rant like you just did?

Would you like to place a ban bet on the majority of these penalties being "unimportant" and occurring during "garbage time", you basement dwelling ITAT incel? Seriously, put that account on the line.

A "Bozo" is concocting outlandish and illogical fantasies as a coping mechanism to combat your suicidal tendencies brought on by seeing a rival college football program dominate because you have absolutely nothing else to live for in life but the cult that is aWbUn FoObAw. Whatever helps you sleep at night since living rent and responsibility free in your 86 year old mother's basement can't seem to do the trick.
